Domestic Shipping – We currently ship to all 50 US States. Hawaii and Alaska ship standard domestic rates (FedEx Ground).
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic US orders above $150.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. In most cases, orders placed before 2pm will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the following day. Due to the quick processing by our warehouse, once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

International Shipping – We currently ship internationally to most countries via Passport. We do not ship to Spain due to customs restrictions. Shipping rate and duties/fees will be calculated at checkout. If you would like more information about shipping to your region, you may email email@example.com.

NOTE – Depending on the total value, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label.
We greatly value your business and we genuinely thank you for your purchase. We've made a commitment to offering as much product guidance as possible thru our social channels (Instagram, Youtube) to help you make the best decision before purchasing products from our store. We also recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our skincare professionals to answer any questions you may have.
We offer a 14-day full refund policy for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original packaging still intact. Product(s) must be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products. Refunds do not include shipping charges. If you received a defective or damaged product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Unfortunately - we do not offer exchanges on any items.
What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
