How do I advance tiers?
To advance to the next tier, you need to accumulate the required number of points within 12 months from the date you enter your current tier. Once you reach the points threshold for the next tier, you’ll automatically move up. To maintain or move up in the program, we encourage consistent engagement and continued accumulation of points throughout the year.
What happens if I don’t reach the next tier within 12 months?

How do I earn points?

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
How do I check my points balance?

How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log in to your account and visit the rewards section. Select the reward you'd like to claim—1,000 points for $10 off, 2,000 points for $20 off, or 3,000 points for $30 off. A unique discount code will be generated for you to use. Simply enter this code at checkout to apply your reward and enjoy your savings.
How long are my points valid? When do they expire?
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Once a reward is redeemed and you receive your unique discount code, it will remain valid for 6 months.
What happens if I forget to use my points?
Your points will remain in your account and can be redeemed on your next purchase. However, if there is no activity for 12 months, your points will expire and cannot be reinstated. To make the most of your rewards, we recommend redeeming them regularly.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
