Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened, unused items. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at shop@victoriaroggiobeauty.com to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your exchange request is approved, we will proceed to exchange the product for an item of equal or lesser value and/or provide store credit, based on your preference and product availability.

Notification and Return Process
Immediately notify our customer service team at shop@victoriaroggiobeauty.com of any adverse skin reactions, providing both photos displaying the reaction and a thorough description of your experience. This ensures we can offer the best advice, not only on the return process but also on the optimal course of action to reverse or repair the reaction.
Store Credit or Exchange
When a return is approved due to an adverse skin reaction, you will have the option to receive store credit for the full purchase amount or exchange the product for an alternative item of equal value. If an item of lesser value is selected, the remaining balance will be provided in the form of store credit.
Additional Information
Our return and exchange policy for adverse skin reactions is subject to the same terms and conditions as our standard return and exchange policy.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the adverse reaction is determined to be caused by misuse or improper application of the product.

Damaged & Defective Product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take some time to process and appear on your bank or credit card statement.
