Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Notice
Guests are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to scheduled spa appointments.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total appointment cost.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice ("no-call, no-show") will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost.
Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee serves to compensate our practitioners for their time and lost wages from your appointment and ensures fairness to both our staff and guests who were prevented from booking by the appointment being canceled with inadequate notice.
How to Cancel
Our online booking system offers the convenience of self-rescheduling or canceling appointments outside of the 48-hour period. Should you need to make changes within 48 hours of your appointment time, or you encounter any issues with the online system, please contact us directly for assistance.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment beyond the 48-hour window, please reach out to us directly by calling (215) 647-2048 or emailing shop@victoriaroggiobeauty.com. Messages sent via Instagram will not be considered cancellation requests.
Rescheduling Due to Illness
In consideration of the safety and well-being of our practitioners and fellow guests, we kindly request that you refrain from attending appointments while experiencing illness and potential contagion. If you become unwell prior to your scheduled appointment, we encourage proactive rescheduling to mitigate the risk of spreading illness to our team members.
Should you fall ill within 48 hours of your appointment time, please promptly notify us by calling or emailing shop@victoriaroggiobeauty.com. We are committed to assisting you in rescheduling your appointment to a more suitable time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and we will make every effort to waive cancellation fees associated with illness-related cancellations, provided they do not occur as part of an ongoing pattern.

Emergencies and Extenuating Circumstances
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be granted in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. If you find yourself unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen events beyond your control, please notify us as soon as possible.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we are committed to working with you to accommodate your needs during challenging times. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we navigate these situations together.
Confirmation of Appointments
All appointments booked with Victoria Roggio Beauty will receive a confirmation email four days before the scheduled appointment. Please take a moment to review and confirm or cancel your booking. This email will also alert you to any outstanding forms that must be filled out prior to your appointment.. For assistance, contact our customer service team at shop@victoriaroggiobeauty.com.
Group Appointments
We welcome group appointments at Victoria Roggio Beauty. While you can book group appointments online, we recommend contacting our customer service team at shop@victoriaroggiobeauty.com for the best experience.
Please note that we have three treatment rooms available. If your group requires more than three treatment room appointments, we can accommodate groups of three people at a time. Remaining members of the group are welcome to enjoy our relaxation area or engage in services such as Eastern European manicures, brow services, or makeup services, all of which do not require a treatment room.
Group Reservation Policy:
- To reserve a group appointment, we require a credit card on file to cover the entire group. Please note that charges will only be incurred if the cancellation policy is not honored. You have two options for holding appointments in a group:
- One member can consent to using their credit card to hold all appointments in the group.
- Each member of the group can have an individual card on file.
- A full name, email address, and phone number must be on record for each individual guest within the group.
- All intake forms must be filled out prior to arrival to ensure a seamless experience.
- Group appointments canceled with less than seven days' notice will be charged 25% of the cost of each respective appointment.
- Group appointments canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the cost of each respective appointment.
- If any one appointment in a group appointment is canceled within seven days, the policy remains in effect even if the other appointments are intact. We invite you to avoid these charges by filling the empty spot with another guest but please notify us of the replacement person’s name, email address, and phone number.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Spa Etiquette
Arrival Times & Late Policy
To maximize your spa experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time out of respect for the next scheduled appointment.
Cell Phones
Out of respect for the tranquil atmosphere, we kindly request that you silence your mobile devices upon arrival. Additionally, we ask that you refrain from engaging in audible conversations while in the spa area. While we understand things come up, if you must accept a call, we ask that you step outside so as not to disrupt the experience of other guests.
Age Requirement to Obtain Services
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive spa services. Certain treatments may have additional age restrictions; please inquire at the time of booking.
Child Supervision Policy
For the safety of all clients and to uphold the tranquil environment we aim to maintain, we cannot permit unsupervised children in the treatment rooms or common areas. If your baby or toddler accompanies you, please ensure they are supervised at all times, contained in a stroller or car seat/carrier.
For the safety of all parties, children under the age of 10 are not permitted in treatment rooms and must remain supervised in common areas.
Should children cause a significant disturbance, we reserve the right to request that you leave, as this poses a genuine risk to other clients' safety and disrupts our serene environment.
Animal Policy
To protect the safety of our guests and team members, we cannot permit pets in the spa under any circumstances. Service animals as defined by applicable laws are always an exception and are more than welcome in all areas of the spa.
Payments and Gratuities
Payment for spa services can be made via cash, credit card, or Apple Pay. Gratuities for exceptional service may be made via credit card during your checkout transaction, or alternatively, using cash or Venmo.
We offer these convenient payment options to ensure flexibility and ease for our valued guests. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and directly supports our team members.
Personal Belongings
While we pride ourselves on creating a safe environment, it's important to note that Victoria Roggio Beauty does not offer a locker room or lockers for storing personal belongings. Please take care to keep your items secure during your visit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
