Shake vigorously prior to use. Utilize 2 finger-lengths of the product on your face and neck, or a larger amount if necessary, 15 minutes before UV ray exposure. During exposure, reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or perspiring, directly after patting dry and at least every 120 minutes.
