After removing make-up and thoroughly cleansing skin, morning and evening, soak a cotton pad in The Moisturizing Lotion and apply to the face and neck using gentle strokes. Leave the cotton pad on the driest areas of the face for a few minutes. The lotion may also be directly applied to the skin with fingertips.
